Rule Change December 4, 2006 Ann Gaffigan, webmaster for www.steeplechics.com, reports from Indianapolis that her rule change proposal was approved there during the annual meeting of USA Track & Field. "So now the heat sheets will have to be released 24 hours before the prelim race time, as opposed to 9 p.m. the night before."
