Broke the NCAA I steeplechase record with a time of 9:39.95. This time is currently ranked 3rd in the world and is the top American time. Broken 5 WSU records so far this year in Cross-Country (5k,6k), Indoor track (5k), and Outdoor track (10k,steeplechase). Earned All-American by finishing 7th in the 5k at the 2007 Indoor Track and Field Championships. Qualified automatically for the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 33:16. | Personal Motto/Favorite Quote(s):
