USA Collegiate Championship Information for 2008January 14, 2008

Division 1 of the National Collegiate Athletic Association has a championship meet June 11-14 at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Athletes will qualify through regional meets on May 30-31 for which the women’s steeple entry standard is 10 minutes, 50 seconds. Regional sites are:
East at Florida State University in Tallahassee
Mideast at University of Arkansas in Fayetteville
Midwest at University of Nebraska in Lincoln
West at Arizona State University in Tempe
Division 2 of NCAA has only a final (championship) meet on May 22-24 at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California. Entry standards: “A” is 11 minutes; Provisional is 11:27.
Division 3 of NCAA has only a final (championship) meet on May 22-24 at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. The “A” entry standard is 10 min 44 sec; Provisional is 11:13.
The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has a National Championship May 22-24 in Kansas City, Missouri. “A” entry standard is 11min 33 sec. The NAIA “B” standard is 11:47.50.
