Confirmed or contemplated entrants in USATF Championships steepling, June 22-24 at Indianapolis, have some final competition opportunities next weekend to enhance their best marks for national entry and/or seeding.
The "Nike High School Nationals" for Grade 9-12 students, born after 31 August 1986, offers the 2000-meter steeple June 17 in the "Nike High School Nationals" at Greensboro, North Carolina. Race start time is 1345 (1:45 p.m.)
Three other steeple races are 3000 meters. The USATF South Region Championships will be in Waco, Texas; the steeple starts at 1800 on June 16. The North Region Champs are June 17 at Edwardsville, Illinois. The New England USATF Champs are June 18 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with steeple start at 1340.

As this report is written, two major USA steeplers (Elizabeth Jackson, Briana Shook) are not on the list of those entered.
