Steepler Safety Series – Part Four

Meet managers should get steeple barriers correctly placed on the track well before race begins so that runners can practice and warm up properly – as done in hurdle races at shorter distances.

This is even more important for steeplers, many with no access to steeple equipment at home practice venues – and some for whom a race is their first-ever attempt to clear unmovable steeple barriers.
